Tableau Confidentiality Agreement

We may change or terminate the terms at any time and this change or termination takes effect when the amended terms on the Site are updated. Every time you use the site, you should consult and verify the terms and conditions for your transactions and the use of this site. This material may contain the full name, location, images and professional titles of a specific advisor in relation to Tableau`s marketing materials, including www.tableaufoundation.org.

The advisor authorizes the use of this information, which is reasonably necessary for these purposes, and accepts the publication of relevant texts and images in Tableau`s documents and advertisements. USE CONDITIONS Terms of use are the full agreement between you and Tableau regarding the use of the Service and replace all previous agreements between you and Tableau regarding the Service. You may also be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply if you use or purchase certain other Tableau or Tables Software services, affiliate services, third-party content or third-party software. The terms of use and relationship between you and Tableau are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, regardless of the rules of conflict of laws. You and Tableau agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the City of Seattle, Washington. The non-application or application of a right or provision of the basis of use by Tableau does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. If a provision of the unit of use is found invalid by a competent court, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavour to implement the intentions of the parties, which are set out in the provision, and the other provisions of the unit of use remain fully in force and effective.
