Library Membership Agreement

By joining the library, you confirm that you have read and accepted the terms of participation and agree to comply with these conditions for the duration of our contract. B. Choice of access for minors It is the responsibility of the guards to monitor and manage the internet activities of their children. The library recommends that caretakers discuss internet privacy and security with their children. Once a minor`s affiliation has been established, a custodian can determine the internet authorizations related to that minor`s account. At the Guardian`s discretion, various Internet access options are available for a minor, as described in the registration process. 10. Limiting data protection The library reserves the right to access all information available via the account that the library deems reasonably necessary to comply with (a) applicable legislation, (b) the application of the member agreement, including investigations into possible violations of this Agreement, (c) detecting, preventing or reapplying library material theft, copyright infringement, breach of third-party user contracts, fraud or security breaches; (d) respond to requests for assistance to users; (e) the protection of the rights, property or security of the library, its users and the public or (f) Failure to comply with these conditions may result in the suspension or termination of your library member. 16.
