1.7 Sub-licensing of Third Party Software. The Licensed Software may contain material provided by a third party („Sublicensed Software“ made available to Licensor by a „Sublicensed Software Provider“). • „Sublicensee Software“ has the importance ascribed to it in subsection 1.7 („Third Party Software Sublicenses“). • „Support Services“ have the importance assigned to it in subsection 1.9 („Support Services“). • „Term“ is the importance assigned to it in Section 1 („TERM, LICENSING AND SUPPORT SERVICES“). 2.
